Willing create another e-mail address – like mail.yahoo.com. or G-mail? (Just as a test.)

If so, and the alternative succeeds, it points to your filtering.
If not, then to BPL.

Just a thought.

I changed the email associated with my bpl account, as suggested by Addie. I was supposed to receive a confirmation of my change, and I did not receive that either.

Hummm… maybe check your "anti-virus filters" (AVG, Kasperksy, etc.) Sometime they do a rolling update with "new features", all ahead of your e-mail system.

I also have the same problem as Kat. I never get pm's. When I first joined, and set it up I did, then one day it just quit, tried to reset but still nothing. Help!
