Has anyone used the pasteurized dried egg whites and whole eggs?
I’m not thinking off reconstituting them into eggs but as a protein supplement like whey powder or soy protein added to meals.
I keep looking at these at the local health food store thinking there must be a place for them in meals.Sep 10, 2006 at 1:06 am #1362744I’ve used dried egg before. Good stuff, limited shelf life, but it tends to stick a bit to the pot. In the end, I used dried meat as protein instead.
But if you can incorporate it into your menu, good stuff. -
