I can only find a couple of times this has been mentioned. Same adhesive as 9485 but 2 mil instead of 5. Anyone used it and can comment? This would be for all seams on a cuben mid.

I did not use this 9482 tape but I find that the thinner adhesive creeps less when loaded. My roll came from Cubictech when they still did business with individuals. It is much thinner than my 3M 9485 and has worked very well.

2 years ago I bought some tape for a little CF project from ZPacks.

What I got was definitely 3M 9482 tape.

It has served me well.

Cool, thanks guys. I’m gonna take the plunge on the 9482 and test out 1/2″ seams.

I think you’ll be happy — that stuff is nothing short of amazing.

I’ve used 9485, 9482 and 9460.  I prefer the 2mil 9482 version the most although I’ve never tried it on 1/2″ seams.
