My girlfriend and I ordered an Absaroka for her and it got here and is too bg for her.
On the product listing the sizes are medium and large. Does that mean there will be a small size also?

The manufacturing run of the size small was done specifically for a third-party organization and until the proper quantities of those are spoken for the size smalls are unavailable.

Looks like the difference between the medium and the large pack is the hip belt sizing. Are the shoulder straps also different? Meaning if I order the large pack…do I get the large shoulder straps by default?

Are the hipbelt and shoulder straps then ordered seperately from the pack? Meaning the pack by itself does not ship with straps or belt and you must order them via the accessories page. Just not clear on how the various options are selected.
The Absaroka Pack comes complete with everything necessary. If you wish to purchase alternate accessory parts those are available as well.
