i ordered two thinlights from then on the 23rd, and got an order confirmation email shortly thereafter. it said I'd be getting another email when the ship it out.

are they still closed due to thanksgiving? anybody know? I can't find anything on the website.

I ordered a thinlite from them on Nov. 26 and they shipped it out the same day, so my guess is that something is awry with the order.

Turns out I just didn't receive an email when they shipped it out, and fedex has it somewhere, but its coming. I had tried calling them earlier but could only leave a message, they called back just now and gave me the the tracking number. false alarm!
