are these skin-tight like an undershirt would be or more t-shirt like and loose?

they are spec'd pretty true to size, I think they run more on the tight side- not like underarmor or some of the really tight fitting stuff, but I wouldn't describe the fit as loose
They are form-fitting/athletic cut. Like old school long underwear. Not "look-at-me" tight.
