They have slower shipping times (straight from manufacturer to you). They don't keep inventory. It's the only reason why they can offload so cheap

I did the same thing and evidently you had to hit the update cart button after you added any quantity over 1. I called and added one as well and got the shipment Sat. Great website and sweet knife!
