I am a side sleeper and tall. Usually I just use my Western Mountaineering Caribou long quilted out to temps down to freezing while I wear clothes. Is there possibly something else I should look at for such situations? Something that will reach down to freezing and doesn't cost Nunatak?

Take a look at jacksrbetter.com… 25 models and sizes of quilts most under $300… some under $200.

You might want to give Javan Dempsey or Tim Marshall on these forums a note to see if you can work something out with him. They both do custom work for great prices and really solid workmanship.
