Land'sEnd has some tasty sale/closeout prices on down vests, down jackets & an assortment of rainwear.
(Down vests in several models including under $20, $50 down jackets similiar to the Eddie Bauer First Ascent line).

the lands end 700 fill jacket is NOT as warm as the first ascent. (.91 ICLO vs. 2.3ish for FA)
Their down vests are so-so, but a bargain at $15. Just don't expect high fill 800 grade down. Perfect for stuff you want to beat up.
