This recipe is from…
4 cups pitted dates
4 cups pecans
6 tablespoons carob powder
2 teaspoons vanillaBlend dates and pecans in food processor until finely chopped. Next add carob powder and vanilla. Process until fully combined. Roll mixture into one inch balls. Refrigerate. Yields 3 dozen
