A few weeks ago a buddy and I took an overnight trip in to the Pasayten Wilderness in North Central Washington.

The best way to describe this are is loney and vast! We hiked over Billy Goat Pass, Three Fools Pass, Larch Pass, and an unnames pass before camping for the evening at Corral Lake. We passed 3 people going in and 3 coming out the next day.

Weather started to cloud up and blow when we were arrving at the lake. Wind blew hard all night and woke up to snow flurries and 33 degrees in the morning.

Absolutely beautiful country, next time I will spend a week exploring!

2 days, 32 miles, 4 passes each day!

You got to see some great wilderness for a one-nighter. Beautiful.

Loved it. "Lonely and vast" sums it up quite well, but stunning land and it looks like you had it all to yourselves.
