so after washing your hands with soap, you use your treated water to rinse them? how much? a quarter of liter? half?

Sue and I can both wash our hands before dinner with maybe 0.1 L total. You just have to USE the water, rather than letting most of it dribble straight past your hands onto the ground.

And we don't use treated water, for heavens sake!
