Nankoweep to Little Colorado: Got Advice?

I'm looking for information on this Grand Canyon route from Nankoweep Creek to the Little Colorado River.

Most likely in late September. (Don't want to get snowed in on the North Rim.)

General route, difficulty and duration would be appreciated.
