I have been hiking in a pair of flyroc 310 for a while now and was considering upgrading to the mudroc 280. Has anyone on here used these shoes? I am curious about sizing. Is the toe box narrow or okay? Should I get my normal size or up it 1/2 size? The reason I ask is that while my flyrocs fit just fine, my pair of f-lite 250 have a narrow footbox. With the 250 I had to get a 1/2 size larger than normal in order to compinsate. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

These shoes are fantastic. While I don’t find them narrow, it’s hard to tell because I’m a girl. Mine are a size and one half larger than my city shoes, but I wear two pairs of socks and custom orthotics (I know this defeats the purpose of barefoot with traction, but I need them). You might try Seattle Running Company. They have an understanding return policy. http://www.seattlerunning company.com (206)329-1466

Jonathan,
I’ve only used my 250’s a little. I’m very interested in your opinion of them. Would you mind posting your comments under the review thread that I started for them under Reader Reviews? Thanks.
