Thanks to David Lewis and his endorsement, I bought a Henshel Breezer from http://www.sportsmanguide.com for only 19.99. My hat is a little different in that it has a twill brim rather than mesh. It does have the mesh crown. I am hopeful that after treating the top and brim, it can also be used in the rain. Thanks for the good info.
How crushable is the Breezer? Can the brim be folded up at all without ruining the hat?
Yes. I folded the brim up around the crown and secured it with the drawstring. It was flat and kind of shaped like a banana. I suppose the hat could be folded again in the middle but I chose not to do that.
