For those of you who have completed the West Coast Trail in 'normal' fashion know how hard it can be (named in the top 5 toughest treks in the world – what with the 110 ladder systems, slippery trail and tidal shelf, and constant rain).
How about running it in 10 hours and 8 minutes….
