I bought some stretch mesh for the part that holds the sleeping pad into the back of a G4 pack.
Thing is, it only stretches in one direction.
So, I’m thinking, if I put it in where it stretches horizontally, that might let things hang too loose once you get the pad in there, and also might make it hard to get the pad in.
If I put it where it stretches vertically, this would allow me to pull the mesh up, or down, to get one end of the pad in after the other end has been inserted.
Does this make any sense?
Or should I go get something that stretches all ways.
