Packrafting — Eastern US & Ontario

Does anyone know of some good places in any of the following states for backpack / packrafting trips?
Looking for short weekend trips or weeklong trip ideas

I know of many white water locations on the east coast that are close to parking lots or only a very short walk on the east coast. But this is not what I am looking for.

Does anyone have any experience with Hazel Creek In NC?

I’m also looking for trip ideas in Ontario. I have a few routes planned out in Algonquin, but looking for other suggestions.
