Hi. I’m doing this thread as a test run, seeing if it’s easy to upload a photo, so far so good ! This could be the next big thing on this great site. Anyway, this is me next to a stone and sod oven a friend built when we went to Greenland. I had a frozen chicken with me (as one does) and when baked in the oven it was the most wonderful chicken I have ever eaten ! Such memories !
