anyone use this and/or knows how it fits. I have wider shoulders and my Mica in a large gives me quite the baggy effect. I also wear a Houdini in a Medium if that helps. thank you.

It's sized somewhere between half and one size smaller than most. I'd say about the same cut as the Houdini.
I haven't check the SD Isotope recently, but if it's anything at all like the one I used to own back in 2006-7, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere. When breathability and waterproofness are both very mediocre, ultralight means little.
