Has anyone compared the weight per calorie of turkey/beef/salmon jerky, versus a stick of dried sausage/pepperoni?
I've always taken jerky, but have recently developed a taste for dried pepperoni. I am afraid it's not as weight-efficient as jerky, though :(

It might be better, sausage has a lot of fat… Have to get some and try it.
I suspect the pepperoni will have a higher energy content per weight.
