I think a small pealess whistle and a firesteel or mini Bic would be a good addition (although you probably just left them off the list by accident). Consider carrying these plus the map and compass on your person instead of the pack.
How do you purify water?
Can you actually get any sleep on blue foam? :)
Maybe drop the Long sleeve Polyester shirt if you have a thermal top?
