What's a decent one that's not silly expensive?

I guess I'd prefer something under 100g and under US$70. Needs to measure temperature as well, barometer a bonus (not essential).
Note that the Brunton Wind does not have specs on min/max windspeed (even if I go to their site and download the manual).
Want it to measure to at least 130km/h.

This is the one I've had for a couple of years, and am pretty happy with it. It didn't cost too much, is small and light, and does wind and temp…no barometer though, but my watch has that, and my GPS does elevation, so I'm OK with this not having it.
