Keen boots in warmer weather

I live in Florida and spend much of my time on my feet. I would like to purchase some new keen shoes for work. I would like to wear a boot style of shoe, but my worry that the heat of Florida will make them very uncomfortable. I have yet to find a black keen boot that would be work appropriate (I wear all black, but a boot with some color deviation is OK. )

I have been looking at:
– Growler ( http://www.keenfootwear.com/product/fw09/shoes/men/trailhead/growler )
– Blackcomb ( http://www.keenfootwear.com/product/fw09/shoes/men/trailhead/blackcomb )
Or at worst:
– Obsidian ( http://www.keenfootwear.com/product/ss10/shoes/men/trailhead/obsidian%20wp )
– PTC Lace ( http://www.keenfootwear.com/product/ss10/shoes/men/blvd/ptc%20lace )

My 6 year old Newport H2's still serve very well as my wet environment shoe, but my work, as well as hiking and other rough-terrain situations, require a more 'professional' look.

My only worry is the temperature. It is 90+ outside and wearing what is basically a snow boot seems like a poor idea without extra information.

Do you own any a pair of Growlers or Blackcombs? Please let me know how your experience with them has been!

I wear Growlers in the winter, snow on the ground and they keep my feet warm just standing in camp and hiking in them they are toasty. My feet will sweat in them in temps 20 degrees while hiking. I wouldn't recommend them for Florida heat. You'll want to rip them off from overheated feet. I forgot to mention they have insulation in them, so not something you want in 90 degree weather.

I'm sure others have a better boot suggestion.
