REI is doing outdoor cooking classes/presentations nationally in mid-June. We are presenting the class at Alderwood and Seattle REI's that week.

I just took a look and the REI class is full for tonight. Good job Sarah for attracting so much attention to outdoor cooking. I'm bummed I didn't see this earlier. I had no idea you were a local Seattle person….
I'm bummed, because it looks like I'm going to have to miss it (in which case I'll yank my entry to allow someone on the wait list to take it)… I was looking forward to it, too :-/

Last night in Alderwood we had 34 out of 35 show! So it was essentially a full class. Wonder what the new policy of just showing up is? I bet you could ;-)
If anyone is coming please come up and say hi before or after – and let me know who are!
If I'm free before it's over, I'll show up, at least to say hello and all :)
