I was in Whole Foods this morning and noticed they have freeze dried pineapple, peachs, bananas, pears and mango. Those of you that have used freeze dried fruits, what is your opinion?

I think it is a good business decision and I welcome the opportunity to purchase locally.
I do not like the peaches. Too tart, not very peach like. Blueberries are the best. I think it brings out the flavor more.
