Possibly YMMV(You need $20 off coupon email): Today I just got a Patagonia Torrentshell Jacket for $71.45 at ShoeBuy.com. I received an email from ShoeBuy with $20 off $80 purchase. Patagonia Torrentshell is $91.45(which is a fairly good price already).

It's to heavy for BPL hikers, they prefer either a trash bag or a tyverk for their usage of their rain jacket. :)
