Under Armour and walking in tights..

I don't even like to cycle in spandex, much less hike. Thought it would be great but I just need the ventilation, epsecially on longer trips.

When I hiked the PCT in 1999, there was this guy who hiked in his own MYOG bright-blue spandex shorts. He seemed to like it. At well over 6ft and maybe 140lbs, he was quite a sight and had a hard time hitching sometimes.

I pay 38 bucks for a mid-weight tight. Wasn't going to rub it in anyone's faces… but that's pretty darn affordable.
