Men’s backpack with Women’s support

I just bought a Arc’teryx Bora 60 backpack. The store switched the support and straps to women’s ones. The pack fits me well, but is there any disadvantage to having this pack set up this way? Mainly are there any major differences between a men’s and women’s pack besides the support and straps?
