Hello packrafters! Solgear is once again offering Whitewater Rescue Technician courses specifically for packrafters. Classes are 4 days long (1 day classroom, 3 days field exercises). Classes are certified and insured through Rescue 3 International and taught by Scott Solle. 2010 will have classes in Denali, Eagle River and Chickaloon in Alaska and on the Weber River outside of Ogden, UT. Hey packrafters,
Do this course if you possibly can (and have people you packraft with take it too :). Scott is a wonderful teacher and the course is awesome. A little theory and LOTS of on the water practice.

There are 2 classes held in Eagle River this August. Each is a 4-day class in Whitewater Rescue and specifically developed for the packrafting community.
