hello everyone,
im thinking about buying a new tarp and im looking at 7x9ish tarps. im leaning more towards the GG spinntwin because it’s cheaper then the BMW stealth 0 and a little bigger (.5 oz heavier)im debating if i should wait for the stealth nano 7×9 tarp, but july is far away, if it actually arrives in july. anyway would the spinntwin (or simular sized tarp) be enough to weather storms in the northeast without needing a bivy and being comfortable? im 150 pounds and 6 feet tall btw. and im looking around for something for an AT thru-hike.
