3/4 length, 25 inch wide non insulated air mattress

I’ve had a Neoair Trekker, 48″ long, 25″ wide, 2.5 thick, R value 3, weight 13.6 oz. for a few years.  I think I got it at campsaver.com.  I just googled it and don’t see the 48″ x 25″ listed anymore, just the 72″ and 77″.  I absolutely love it.

You could also just buy a new one, then cut and seal it with an iron. I’ve done that on all my Thermarest pads.

I also have the 48×25 Thermarest that Kathleen mentions. It must not have been popular enough to continue manufacturing, but I was pretty excited when it came out because that’s a size you just don’t ever see. Was planning on posting it up in the Gear Swap this weekend. PM me if you’re interested.

It is the size I would buy if they were available, insulated preferred for winter tho

I really like my regular (72″ x 20″ REI FLASH Insulated 3 season air mattress. In fact I like it so much that I got the FLASH All Season insulated mattress for winter (R 5.3)

*REI makes the FLASH 3 season in a 25″ WIDE air mattress but it’s full length at 1 lb. 5 oz.

+1 for a shortened pad.  I have two large Xtherm pads with one shortened to 60”.  I really like the extra width and the 60” pad goes from my shoulders to my feet or from my head to my shins.  I am 170lbs and 5’9” for reference and the shortened pad came in at 15.9oz.

I’d have preferred a shortened Xlite but I had the extra Xtherm.   It was easy and has been leak free for several years.  It gets mostly used traveling to hotels as we are a family of five and it’s great on the floor wrapped in a hotel blanket.
