Awesome, thank you. I will shoot Tim another e-mail asking what he meant with the 81 inch deal. Just thought that was weird as I am about 75" tall! How do you suggest putting in the drawstring footbox? just loop the fabric back over itself with the drawcord stuck in the hole? Ahh hard to explain…I bet my mom knows how to do it!

This is what I have done on most drawcords, just make sure the fabric edge is well sealed with a flame (although I've never worked with cuben, maybe it doesn't fray?) and roll the drawcord channel out of your fabric. I said 1" for this, but a little extra will give you more to work with when rolling it back on itself. You can also easily add a separate drawcord channel out of a small strip of fabric. I think the main advantage to this method is that you can make the drawcord exit mid-channel more easily. Shouldn't be necessary for your quilt, but if you're concerned about the cuben and want a beefy double layer silnylon drawcord channel with reinforced ends, then adding a separate channel might be nice! And a little strip of color on the ends!
