so… im building a small home to live in and i dug out the foundation with a shovel. my heels hurt very bad after i finished and now when i put pressure on them they make a low deep popping noise. i thought it would pass but it hasnt it dosent hurt any more but worrys me.
what do you think it is?
what can i do for it?(besides a dr. visit)
Mar 8, 2010 at 9:59 pm #1583885Drink a lot of water, massage the soles of your feet with a tennis ball, stretch your calves and hamstrings. That's probably all the doctor will do for you, except maybe to offer surgery which doesn't always work as well or quickly as the preceding advise.
