I typically make my own turkey or chicken jerky for my backcountry needs. I have been on a hunt for years now but haven’t been able to find out what spices I could use to make my jerky taste like bacon. Does anyone out there know a receipe for bacon flavorings? The packaging doesn’t specify. Thanks.
