Joshua: Yeah 1.3oz is 1.1oz rip-stop with silicon. I'm certainly no authority on silnylon quality, but I've read of others here using the Noah seconds without issue as tarps.
Javan: I got a big mix of X-PAC VX42, VX21, and VX07 fabrics. Mostly seconds and overstock. Completely functional though.
