Absolutely. Fits perfectly, provides needed rigidity, and IMHO provides a comfortable nights rest.

I carried one in my Circuit all along the PCT this past summer. Since the Circuit does have built in frame support, the torso pad isn't really needed for support, but after experimenting with carrying it outside the pack, I ended up keeping it inside anyway. It just fit better there.
