I figure they're pretty busy, so I'm not worried too much that I need to email a few times before hearing back from them. I sent a LT4 pole back for a replacement part a couple months ago, though, and haven't seen it yet. Maybe another email sometime….
Maybe Mr. Sible can ask the owner of Gossamer Gear for a receptionist so we need not deal with such troubles.
