I'll be spending about a week in NE Atlanta with my in-laws and will need some trails to go hiking or running on. Anyone have any ideas? I've been pondering the thought of doing an overnighter as well, but not sure if that will work out.

Depending on what side of Atlanta you will be on, you aren't that far from Springer Mountain and the southern terminus of the AT.
