I just wanted to say that Andy and the staff over at CampSaver are doing a fantastic job. I purchased two sleeping bags from him three days before his Black Friday sale coupon deal was available, the one where you could get 25% off any purchase you made. Therefore, I ended up missing the deal. I knew that the policy on the coupon stated that it could not be used towards previous purchases, so I nevered ended up asking Andy if he could apply the deal to my purchase. Needless to say, he was cruising around the forum and saw me writing about how the deal was going on and how I was making everyone aware of the fact so that others could take advantage of it even though I had missed out on it. The guy was so awesome that he went out of his way to shoot me a PM and asked for my order number so that he could apply the discount himself and credit my account. How cool is that! I know that I was truly surprised and shocked! In any case, my loyalites now reside with CampSaver and I suggest that if you haven't checked out their site yet, you do so promptly. They have great deals, and even more importantly, great customer service that will bend over backwards for you…so much so that I obviously felt the need to create a thread on matters even if most of you guys on here already know that Andy is running one heck of a business.
