    Hi,
    Im looking fo rsome sites that show (hopefully with pics) how to make the Heineken of fosters pot/cup. Any help would be aperciated.

    If you have one of those ‘safety’ can openers (that cut the edge of the lid, rather than inside the lip), just use that to cut the top off. Done, and you have your lid, too.

    If you only have a traditional can opener, then very slowly and carefully cut the top out. You may have to angle the can opener a bit, and be sure you don’t chew through the outside of the can or lip. Discard the top, and you have your pot. Take some heavy foil (an EZ-Foil disposable oven liner work great, and you can make your windscreen from it too), lay it on top of the pot, bend it down, and cut it, leaving some extra around the edges. Fold the edges under so they aren’t sharp, and there’s your lid.

    I recommend the Heineken keg can over the Fosters because it is made of thicker aluminum and has a larger base area. It will stand up to more abuse.
