eVent hat?

Does anyone manufacture a rain hat (something like an OR Sombrero) using eVent? I think that hat like this, possibly with a non-breathable brim for weight and/or cost savings, would be a winner. Knowing that eVent is more popular in Europe, I’ve checked RAB and Montane, but to no avail.
