Moved over from winter hiking, sorry for the double post
I'm looking at doing more winter trips this year, and I was wondering if any of our Western Washington members had any suggestions for some good spots to go to for some snowy fun? I'm thinking 1-3 nights, loops are ideal, point to point is good, and out and backs work as well. I would like to avoid high avalanche areas (I'm taking an Avy class this winter, but, well, I still want to avoid them)
Fairly experienced winter camper, but mostly back east, only a bit out here.
Anyone else interested? Now would be a good time to plan a trip, and I'm easy to get along with.
