Does anyone know of a source of ventile cotton fabric for some DIY projects?

You could contact these people. Let us know if they will sell small amounts, and their price.

My email to them inquiring about a small (3 to 5 meters)purchase for DIY projects has so far gone unanswered after a week.

Yes, 'tis! I've looked at their website, but want colors different than what they offer. I'm actually looking for white or "off-white"/cream colored fabric. So far, nothing has showed up.

And the price!! 25 pounds per meter!! Yowza!

Point North have what they call 'waterproof loomstate cotton' for £7.39/m.

'Very similar appearance and properties to traditional "VENTILE"'

Maybe worth asking a few more pressing questions…

I have a natural ventile sample at home somewhere, which would have been from either Point North or Pennine Outdoor. But that would be from a few years ago, which doesn't help you at the moment… One of them did have seconds grade Ventile at a better price, but it is expensive stuff.
