We have the Outsak UL in development. It is our Ultra Lightweight version of our product. We are seeking qualified field testers to provide us with independent third party evaluations of our Outsak UL. If you are an active member of this forum, and are interested in taking part please contact me at info@simpleoutdoorstore . Anonymous inquiries will not be considered. I begin the field testing phase for this product on Monday the 26th. I will have samples ready for interested parties in early Nov.

I hope I posted this in the right spot.

I would be interested as well. I will send you an email.

I have used your Outsak and would be glad to test a UL version. I have a trip heading to S Utah in Nov.

Email sent. I have a nice variety and population of creatures in the yard, much more than I ever see on a backpacking trip!

There's an abandoned cabin back in the canyons near me. Full of critters. I'll also be doing a desert overnighter in few weeks. Prime critter time.

Thanks for the interest from all of you. I have just ordered more supplies in an attempt to accomodate most inquiries. I have responded to a few of you and will get to the others before tomorrow evening. I will be field testing in grand canyon from the 26-29 of Oct. We hope to cover as many regions of the u.s. as possible, and it looks like we have an opportunity to send some overseas. We will consider the inquiries based on the order they were received. Your contact info will only be used for testing, it will not be shared or used in any other way.

Many thanks for the inquiries. We are still compiling the list.

This is not the only gear we plan on introducing in 2010. We have many ideas, and all will need independent testing.

Thanks again BPL members, I sincerely appreciate the interest, and who doesn't like free gear.

Hey there bpl members-

if you sent an email expressing interest and haven't received a response please check your bulk mail folder as my email program has filed your inquiries as spam. Sorry.

If you haven't received a response, check your email tomorrow. I intend to respond to each inquiry.

Wow. What a great response.

Now for our wishlist.

Anyone going to big bend, eastern Oregon or overseas.

We would really like to send a test bag to Australia. I think we have responded to all inquiries.

Thanks for wanting to participate. We have more ideas that will require future testing.

Last night we received our first bit of feedback from a UL product evaluation. We got some suggestions as to how we can lighten it up. We love ideas and perspective. This is why we want to include the bpl community in the testing and development of the UL.

Thanks to everyone who has expressed an interest in helping.

We have to cut it off. Thanks to everyone who wanted to help. Everyone who offered to help will hear from us in the future. All who are testing the bag will here from me after my trip. Now I have to pack.

Have a great day!

This may have already been asked, but what sorts of things will we be testing if we are interested?
