Both are nice lights, each with some unique benefits. So there’s no clear winner simply comparing specs.
The Tikka’s diffuser lens is great for taming the bright pencil beam. If you need a floodlight with the Eos you’ll have to rig your own diffuser, which isn’t too hard. The boost mode is unique as well, and very bright.
The Eos has effective current regulation for steadier output, and is immersible for those traveling in soggy conditions. It’s also less expensive.
I’ll suggest detailing how you’ll be using it before you decide to see which best fits your needs.
