Has anyone ordered from Hungariangoosedown.com?

I'm looking for a less expensive source for bulk down. A site called "hungariangoosedown.com" has 750fp down in kilo packages for $187 (US). Seems like a good deal, but has anyone ordered from them? Are they on the up-and-up?
