I can't figure out how to reply to a PM. There's an URL that I'm supposed to click once I log on to BPL, but I'm confused as to how that works (does that URL need to be converted to a hyperlink first, and how do I do that?). I've tried to cut/paste into the search box, which seems to be the only option. That of course doesn't work. What am I missing here?
I just click the hyperlink I get in the email notification.
Thanks, Chris, but it's not a hyperlink for me, just text. I must have something turned off on my settings, but I can't find where I can change it. I'm such a cyber-weenie.
Try copy and pasting the text in to a new browser window (or tab) and hitting enter.
