Hi all, It is time to replace the Salomon XA Comp 3 trail runners that I run/hike in. I have always used the Comps, and when time to replace I go with the current version… which is the 4 now… although the 3 is still available. My question is: I plan on using these as my lightweight multi day backpacking shoe, BUT I heard that the Salomon XA Pro 3D may be a better shoe for this than the XA comps. Anybody with experience in the 2 shoes or know which is the better shoe for the job? Thanks!
