Does anyone know where to find .03 mm titanium foil like BPL uses? Since they are out of stock for some time I was hoping to find some on my own rather than wait. So far I can’t find any.

Before you wax too lyrical, Bernard, check where the UK BPL sourced its titanium. You may find that they were the customer who bought all the (original) BPL stock.
